CHIAVE DI VOLTA - Ritratto Libero (2004)

Listening to this you can think is a '70 work of the Italian Jazz-progressive- rock era. But I realize this was a new-progressive work of a band coming from Florence " Chiave di Volta" dated 2004. Really a splendid work!!!

It seems a rare CD and only 2 previous live record are existing (2001). Additional info are available here on web:

NATIONAL HEALTH - Of Queues and cures (1978)

These days searching in my hard disks I found this. I play this just to remember the sound. So I also listen to Hatfield and the North  and another one and again.
OK It could be revivel but this old "Canterbury" sound  is still an original one. If I can explain with emotional words I call it "gentle progressiv rock".
Anyway call it as you want but  this sound is part of late '70 music history.

HATFIELD AND THE NORTH - The Rotter's Club (1975)

This evening I played some old songs of the "progressive " era. So I just remember this group. Hatfield and the North was part of the "cultured" progressive music of the '70 also known as Canterbury school.
The Rotter's Club was the second LP of the group and it is a good memory of that period (1975).
